Julian D’s review published on Letterboxd:
A lot of my favorite films are typical style over substance, so when I noticed how much I adore the style of this film, I expected to love the film as much as a whole.
Unfortunately, I didn't, as I just could not connect to the characters, their emotions and the story as much as I hoped I would.
All the performances (Lavant still the best male actor of all time) are very great and Leos Carax' directing is phenomenal, as always and the editing is top-notch.
Either a high 6 or a low 7
