    Loved James Franco in this and loved the first half of the film as the Franco brothers playing Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sistero go to LA to chase their moviemaking dreams. 

    But as soon as the film gets to the making of “The Room” my enjoyment went down considerably.     A fun, but ultimately empty film. 

    I understand the desire to retool the solo Thor films, but I enjoyed the first two Thor films. 

    I just was checked out most of the time. It’s an entertaining watch but one that will leave my brain almost immediately. 

    Just watch Spider-Man: Homecoming again.

    It's pretty ironic that a film about a man growing tired of the mundanity of his life, could make things so mundane seem so interesting due to the decision to make Anomalisa a stop-motion animated film. And that animation is pretty gorgeous, including the odd way the faces are constructed in various partitions.
