I'm sorry but in what universe is a giant ape even in the conversation of toughest monster when it's going up against a chubby amphibious dragon that breathes radioactive fire and is the size of the CN Tower? If Kong didn't have the might of the world's largest imperial army backing it up, this thing would've been over in the first round.
