Let’s see Paul Allen’s movie reviews.
Oh my god this movie is fantastic!!!!
For the first hour and 30 minutes I thought this was just a regular movie where you learn about the characters and grow relationships with everybody. The events at the birthday party happened so quickly and I was not mentally prepared for it. I was literally speechless while watching it because of how good that scene was. The ending was mind blowing and I was fully invested into the story.
I highly recommend this movie!

…what did I just witness?
The last 30 minutes of this movie felt like an acid trip. I honestly have no clue what was going on but I just went with it. Matt Dillion did a great job in this movie, and his performance was different then anything he’s done before. This movie led up to the “dead body house” so I wish we got to see more of it. I just felt like the reveal to the house was sort of anticlimactic.
Happy Birthday, Robin Williams!
You are deeply missed.
This movie gets more and more better with every watch. The story is heartbreaking but also joyful. Matt and Ben did an excellent job with the script and it deserved the Oscar for best Original Screenplay. The “It’s not your fault” scene is one of my favorites. Seeing Robin and Matt cry together definitely always makes me cry. Everyone did an excellent job in this movie. I honestly can’t even say anything bad about it.
The fact that the husband also plays Data in The Goonies made this film a lot better. This movie is so unpredictable and just so good. The meaning is so deep and the ending made me cry. It was a weird movie but I also enjoyed it so much. I’m happy I finally got to see what this movie. This is a movie I could definitely rewatch. So many parts were shocking, sad, and funny. Overall it was just a fantastic movie.
