Jared’s review published on Letterboxd:
Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a highly enjoyable breakup comedy that comes close to greatness, only hindered by an extremely weakly written character for Mila Kunis, not at all aided by her subpar performance. The film is pretty honest at points in it's musings on the difficulty of break ups and such, but more than anything functions simply as an enjoyable comedy.
I can't say enough, again, to credit Jason Segel's performance here. He makes this film a worthwhile watch, and consistently delivers relatable and utterly lovable characters. He feels so natural in his comedic timing, and can pull off the dramatic bits with ease.
