Ollie Cochran’s review published on Letterboxd:
I was utterly bewildered by the madness behind this film. I'm not even close to appreciating everything that Kubrick envisioned for 2001. There are so many things I adored but, at the same time, moments that were just so strange to me. It's, without a doubt, the most thematically dense film I've ever watched. The narrative is progressed through symbols and themes - something I envy since Kubrick can pull it off so seamlessly and make everything fit into one coherent plot perfectly. 2001: A Space Odyssey is undeniably a masterpiece; a monumental film with an even bigger legacy and I cannot wait for my next viewing.
