So intense. It is unnerving and surprising throughout the film. It is not the movie that hides stuff from you. I still feel rattled by the dinner scene. Tough stuff to swallow. Acting, sound design, and cinematography were top notch
Saving Private Ryan 1998

A groundbreaking movie that inspired the entire war genre. Great acting, characters, cinematography and dialogue. The only reason this isn’t a 9 or a 10 is because this movie created a lot of the cliches I know, meaning this movie felt generic at some points, even though it was the movie that inspired them. Overall great film.
