A solid twisty Christie-ish whodunnit with a phenomenal cast but perhaps not as many twists as excitable hype would have suggested.
Good fun just watching this mob chew the dialogue and the scenery, and a beautiful bit of set dressing / production design in the labyrinthine old house.
Much like last week's Ford V Ferrari, there's definitely something to be said for an impeccably well crafted piece of entertainment that feels old school simply by delivering a rousing and engaging 2hrs of cinema. Long may this new trend continue.
