The Nightmare is a terrifying film... terrifying because it's real. The Nightmare is a documentary that follows the true accounts of people who've had sleep paralysis. I couldn't sleep after watching this movie because it freaked me out so much. It does a really great job of visually showing us the stories described. Sometimes the stories do seem a little silly and I felt myself losing interest from time to time, but other moments were absolutely riveting. Definitely check out The Nightmare
