"I'm Marty Scorsese and trust me, Zack Snyder's Justice League is True Cinema™" —Martin Scorsese in a text to me just moments ago

I loved this! This is the big dumb self-indulgent Zack Snyder extravaganza that I hoped for after seeing Batman v Superman in 2016. It was huge and bombastic and epic and fun, such a massive difference from the terrible Whedon cut from 2017.

I was really blown away by this one, made me feel feelings I wouldn't expect a astronaut history movie would. I think Dragonball Super Broly avoided that, its plot had weight and it didn't feel rushed at all. I liked the rewritten version of the Broly / Planet Vegeta origin and I liked that Broly actually felt like a rounded character instead of just a muscle head. Animation was sharp…
