Pachinko Pop’s review published on Letterboxd:
A group of young punks commit increasingly notorious crimes under the watch of a more chivalrous elder, just out of jail, until they run into conflict with the yakuza. Really cool atmosphere with the jazzy soundtrack and black & white film. A great early role for Hiroki Matsukata as the ringleader of the hooligans. Another stand-out performance comes from Ken Sanders who I remember from STRAY CAT ROCK. The car chase at the end is quaint by today’s standards but I was gripped by it and laughed hard at the punchline ending.
