  the emperor's new groove came out during disney's post renaissance era which was a rough era for the animation studio but y'know, this is a charming, heartfelt, funny and witty film

  this is a musical with tim curry, christian borle, david hyde pierce and hank azaria, of fucking course i'm not going to rank this below a 4. nah in all seriousness, this didn't need to go hard

  if you weren't in favour of abolishing the monarchy before this, you will be in favour when you watch the first five minutes.

  this has to be the most uninspiring musical i think i have seen in my life. i'm not a monarchist so maybe watching this didn't help but even big bootlickers of the monarchy wouldn't like this.

  the choreography is a mess, the cast isn't given proper direction and it felt stiff and yes this excuse of a…
