not a rewatch but wanted to add my thoughts now that I’ve slept on it:

visually beautiful, engaging, hilarious, emotionally satisfying, everything i look for in a movie.

pretty much my only critique: i do wish there was a tad more time and development spent on the other characters besides peter, but what we do get it really great. i love drax and mantis, but I wish they had gotten a little more serious development beyond humor? still though, I love them. 

knocked it down half a star because of the talking planet-face though. unforgivable
