A fascinating film about a man desperately trying to hide his flatulence.

    Fire Island

Finally an actual adult gay rom-com that feels made by people with lived experiences. I felt seen and represented in a way that’s so refreshing. Simultaneously a criticism and celebration of the beautiful and ugly parts of the gay community.

Some characters and plot threads were a little extraneous and there wasn’t too much ever at stake but the character relationships felt real.

Not my favourite Eggers but it had a very well realized world that you could easily get immersed in. Also, the actors really went for it.

    The Batman

Really don’t know how I feel about it. Paul Dano was excellent and Pattinson acted his lil heart out.

First time in a Batman film that we get to meet Gotham and really get a feel for it.

    Dame Judy Dench 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  • PlayTime

    A masterpiece of visual comedy.

  • Licorice Pizza

    Licorice Pizza

Immerses you in the world and characters of the most precocious business boy and woman child to grace the screen.

It plays out like a series of vignettes that paint a picture of a very specific 70’s nostalgia that even if you didn’t experience, will yearn for.

  • Dune

A beautiful, well paced and patient take on a difficult source material. Denis is definitely going the right direction with this one and looking forward to part 2!

Forget Jesus, Willem Dafoe is my saviour! 🙏

Who would have thought a former Guantanamo interrogator would make a great poker player?

Oscar Isaac sure delivers a convincing performance that one can be…
