Considering this was in my top 3 or 5 most anticipated films of the year, it’s no surprise to how much I loved it. Headlined by Matt Damon and Christian Bale was a dead give away that I was going to love it. Double that with the fact that it’s a racing movie, and about Ford (my family only drives Fords), only increases my love for it.

There wasn’t a dull moment in its 2.5 run time, and I will…

Outside of the amazing acting, great set design and cinematography... there’s nothing really special or anything that wows you. It’s an average film that you go and see because it looked decent and that’s it. Nothing more.

Ok, I’m just going to throw this out there for all the people who said this was bad, and all the people who think it might be bad: IT WASN’T BAD! I had a TON of fun watching Venom. It has that Marvel flare to it, GREAT CGI and action scenes, GREAT acting by Tom Hardy, and GREAT comedic writing. I thought it was a little slow at first but as it went on, I really didn’t care. Sure it has a few flaws, but I’ll be lying if I said this was as bad as people are saying.

The list goes on... this is why they kneel... I was crying the whole damn movie (no, I’m not over exaggerating... this movie brought me to tears for its entire 2+ hour run time). Strong performances by Amandla Stenberg and Russell Hornsby... THIS IS AMERICA
