I didn’t know anything about this movie going in. It was getting a lot of positive buzz so I thought I would check it out!
It was suprisingly very humourous (in a dark way) but also dips into a lot of different genres.
The premise was really interesting. The metaphor (while obvious) waa executed quite effectively. ( except maybe the third act being a little rushed).
Movie is really unique, the characters are all well written, the story was great. Yeah pretty much only good things to say.
I’d say if you get the chance to definitely check this one out! (Kind of reminded me of like a good version of Jordan peeles “us” but better execution on the idea of class and social stratification )
The performances = excellent
The direction = excellent
