  Started off engaging, but ultimately fell progressively flat on its head.

  Seems like Brandon wanted to do too much with this film, not focusing in one direction and instead ends up diluting all his good ideas

  An amazing film with relevant topics captured in such a way that kept me hooked throughout.

  I love how fleshed out the characters are. As the viewer, you really understood the meaning behind their actions. Even the killer, although I didn't agree with his motives I was still able to get behind his perspective. This is because the characters were so well presented to us. The pacing in this film was incredible.

  From a technical standpoint, this was very good. It looked and sounded amazing. I perhaps would have liked to feel a stronger emotional tie to the main character. I felt there wasn’t enough emotion and sympathy coming out of him.

  Watching this was as enjoyable as it would be eating the leftover brown spots of the apples. But much like Jessica, I'll attempt to salvage what is good about this film instead of just focusing on the rotten parts (which btw there are a lot of).

  I enjoyed this idea of hope, and finding faith in oneself to become a better person, in the midsts of such unwelcoming circumstances. It's a solid plot line for a B/C film. I just…
