Luca’s review published on Letterboxd:
I thought it wasn’t very good or entertaining at first, but it got increasingly better and better as the film continued with some amazing moments towards the end that I didn’t see coming. I feel like this film is more manageable compared to other spaghetti westerns like The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly or Once Upon A Time in the West considering its much shorter runtime. And honestly the main reason I chose this to watch today was because I was looking for something short.
When I first saw The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, I didn’t know it was part of a trilogy. I’m glad that I’m starting to watch the whole Dollars Trilogy from the beginning because even if they’re not really connected, I’ve never actually seen the first two before and could use a rewatch for the third.
