Well, this holds up magnificently (thus a half-star bump up to a full score). Although the film is already great fun the first time, I think it needs a second or further watch to fully appreciate just how remarkably all its elements come together. I know the story beats and plot turns in advance now, but I still hang on to every detail and action as if I'm experiencing them anew. Witty lines, narrow escapes, twisty narrative, and cool performances -- all still work to their fullest bits. Just pure pleasure of a film. Along with Jaws and the first Indiana Jones, one of the best-paced films and most fun adventures ever made.
