There is not a singlular false not in this film, A gem of a decade, grips you right from the start and never lets go, thanks to a level of a screenplay i’ve never seen anywhere else
Dare I say this? Red, however acclaimed it may be, was just okay for me. Just couldn’t quite get into it as much as i hoped, although the story is an interesting one and interestingly told, too. Many people adore the ending to the trilogy too, to which I have to say I agree to some extent, classic Kieslowskin going over the limits yet showing how eventful life can be at times.
