One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest ★★★★★

Well, Jack, you've had a magnificent career spanning a lengthy 55 years, where you've won the Oscar for Best Actor twice and Best Supporting Actor once, tying with the classic Walter Brennan and the legendary Daniel Day Lewis and nominated for it a record twelve times.

You've even earned a whopping $60 million dollar payday for portraying Batman's craziest villain, The Joker, which you call your favourite portrayal of your own. To be honest, you've been the Joker your whole career. In One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest you portray a slightly unstable rebel, and in The Shining you completely let yourself go in a frantic frenzy. Hell, just look at the poster for Goin' South and that tells you enough about your persona onscreen.

"I've done OK.", Jack reflects on his career as he announces retirement today. If that above can be referred to as "[doing] OK", then doing well is something we've never seen before. What a career and what a dude.
