This was such a pleasure to re-watch, it's been so long since I've seen it that I actually didn't remember the story all that well! Both of the leads are so good in this, and the story is so good. Lots of tension, great pacing and all around an excellent watch.
This was a blind watch for me (I think I was spelling something out to find on Netflix, and this ended up looking more interesting and... Stellan Skarsgård is always a yes), and I ended up quite enjoying it.
Set in Norway and following an everyday man whose son is killed by drug dealers, and he goes looking for answers.
Interesting mix of the everyday and the criminal life, and is able to through in a fair amount of humour…
I have very low expectations going into this one, but ended up quite enjoying it. It's target audience is pretty young, which I don't mind but I wish they had cut just a few moments to make it more gender balanced. Overall, a lot of fun and had lightning fast jokes and made me smile a fair amount.
