Throw yourself on the gears of the capitalist machine! But first play several hours of Bioshock.
If only anyone besides Tilda Swinton realized what kind of movie they were in, this would be destined to gain a cult following. As it is, it's more like BLINDNESS: an allegorical, star studded adaptation of a novel (graphic novel in this case) directed by a lauded foreign director that can't quite leap the chasm between its philosophical/political intent and its absurd premise. Unlike BLINDNESS, however, this was at least more weird than it was stupid.
