Podcasting's Brock’s review published on Letterboxd:
The plot of That Darn Cat is insane. And I love it.
It is so silly and simple that it is wacky, and it completely works. The FBI puts surveillance on a cat who wanders the neighborhood in hopes to locate two bank robbers, who also kidnapped the bank teller.
The bank robber scenes get a little darker than you'd imagine in a Disney family film, making this entry for 8 years and up.
Pacing is a bit labored at times as well, but the screenplay is tight with how all the characters weave together and there is some quality family fun to be had here. I was entertained throughout.
