policromma’s review published on Letterboxd:
2 hours and 15 minutes of the same cringey and stupid aspects of the first, but without the spice and the fun (and with a LOT LESS of Jacob Elordi, unforgivable). Yep, just as it sounds: completely unnecessary.
The one thing this movie did right though, was Elle ending up with Noah. It maked sense with the first movie and the whole narrative of both movies. Imagine if she ended up with Marco, now that's really a complete waste of time.
Also I don't know why I'm analyzing this movie so much lol I'll just say that I give this movie at least 1 star because somehow it managed to keep me watching from the start to the ending 🤷🏻♀️
