“Life is like foam so give yourself away like the sea”

This film takes you on such a unique and horny adventure. You truly never knew what was going to happen next. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a film that I didn’t want to end.

Excellent acting and cinematography. Kidman rocks. Skarsgard's character doesn't have much range, and it's a shame because he's excellent. I would have liked to see more for him to do. Some excellent body horror, and corpse art. There are a few truly what the fuck moments of violence that got everyone pretty excited, and a couple in-battle tracking shots that are some of the best I've seen. The tracking shots will likely be what is remembered most. In a way…

Kogonada's "Columbus" was my favorite film of 2017, and I will brashly predict this will be my favorite of 2022. Nice track record. In the middle of this film, which I watched at home, it started to rain. I stopped the film, and stepped outside to feel the meditative moment, because it's California, and we're weird about rain. I stepped back inside, continued the film, and felt the same way. Kogonada films are my therapy, perhaps.

    The premise is very…

THE PLOT OMG THE PLOT!! the storyline and the characters are magnificent. this movie is magic in itself. it has broken timelines which enhance the storytelling and it is done artistically. it was feeling like an ordinary movie until the major twist reveals. another absolute masterpiece by nolan.

The beginning of this film was like a GTA mission. Amidst all the chaos, violence, car sex, and weirdness, it was amazing to see some natural human love at the end.

Inject everything akimbo scene into my veins. The colors made this film beautiful in every way. I want my friend Taylor to know that I really enjoyed this one.

"You don't fool people. They fool themselves..." - Dr. Lilith Ritter

First things first I must admit I have not yet seen the 1947 original, which I am most definitely going to change after my viewing of this version. Guillermo del Toro's take on 'Nightmare Alley' is as visually stunning and well crafted as one would imagine from the iconic and talented Director. The cinematography, set pieces, costume design, and uses of lighting are all nothing short of immaculate here.…

Wildly entertaining and brilliant as all-hell, Seven Psychopaths is a captivating film that blew me away much like Martin McDonagh’s initial film In Bruges. A film that I quickly grew to love just over half a year ago. I’m feeling the same way at the time of writing this that I did with that debut of his: Blown-away and highly joyous.

The entire cast of this film is incredible, with everyone offering something unique and varied from one another in…
