Jonathan Poritsky’s review published on Letterboxd:
I did not see this one coming. It reminds me of a 1980s Cannon film, maybe something like a tamer 52 Pick-Up, say. Yet it’s thoroughly modern. Robert Pattinson shines as a low-life. The style is over the top but perfectly fitting; one feels like they’re in a Dario Argento pinball machine for most of the film’s runtime. The lean plot keeps you so captivated, it’ll be well into the credits before you search for meaning, resolution. I could see myself revisiting this one regularly.
