"6 inches for the holy spirit" that one cracked me up!
But seriously tho, i loved this film even more now that i have rewatched it. In her own selfish ways she's just a regular teenager but she's very unique aswell in her sense of self and the whole time she's struggling for her identity and trying to figure out who she wants to be.
Her mom is a drag sometimes but she is also a great person and every scene with the dad had me on the verge of tears, they have a different kind of struggle.
I guess it's also hard to see your kids grow up and become actual people with wills of their own.
It's a great portrait of life. Everyone is just trying to figure themselves out.
