Second watch: OK, so all the reservations I had after first seeing this just went straight out the window. Easy to see why I was a bit overwhelmed then - my god, what a film!

I’m sorry, but I still cannot for the life of me figure out how people find reasons to support and participate in this self-absorbed asshole-ridden industry. The clothes and the performances are interesting, sure, but the film just mostly ignores the glaringly obvious reasons behind all the bad stuff that happened, somehow writing it down to Lee being a “troubled individual”, a tortured artist. No. He was surrounded by dickheads, who only love themselves and money. Of course he was miserable. Jesus christ, just say it! Nobody needs all this bullshit.
