Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw

I haven’t seen it yet. But I just know it’s my favourite movie of all time

  • The Dark Knight

    The Dark Knight

This film has been out for over 10 years now and I still can’t find a single criticism for it

  • Aquaman

I had low expectations going into this and I was still disappointed by it. I might as well get the few positives out of the way first.
-I really appreciate the use of long takes in the fight sequences although the 360 camera spin got a bit repetitive.
-The Visuals for the most part were surprisingly good and there was lots of attention to detail.
-The score was pretty solid but it was implemented poorly at times.
    -The costumes for…

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

I have so many problems with this film so I’ll just get the very few positives out the way.
The performances by Eddie Redmayne, Jude Law and Johnny Depp were really good.
The line delivery by Depp in Grindelwald’s speech was really good. The costume design was pretty good as well.
That’s pretty much it for the positives...
This film is too overstuffed with uninteresting side plots and characters. They really needed to scale it down. There are so many characters…

Thank you for Reading my in depth review.

  • Django Unchained

    Django Unchained

Honestly if it wasn’t for the third act which dragged, I would give this 5 stars.
Christoph Waltz gave the best performance in this film by far and his relationship with Jamie Foxx was one of the film’s greatest strengths. I also thought that DiCaprio gave a really good performance along with Samuel L Jackson.
The visuals are really good, there are some gorgeous shots in here.
There are a few odd music choices which are a bit distracting but…

  • Macbeth

Every frame in this is art.

  • The Predator

    The Predator

This was painful to watch. It’s honestly dreadful, do not watch this. It’s an insult to the human intelligence. It’s a disgrace to the franchise and is probably my least favourite film of 2018

  • Spider-Man

I liked this film growing up, but looking back now it just does not hold up.
The performances are probably the weakest part of this film. I’ve never been a fan of Maguire as spider-man and I just couldn’t buy his performance. Kristen Dunst didn’t really do a good job and James Franco also gave a weak performance. William Defoe is just hilarious, but unironically it falls flat.
I wasn’t a fan of the intentional cheesiness, and the visual effects…

  • Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor

Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor

Doctor Who is my favourite TV show of all time, so I was beyond excited for this (especially when I heard david Tennant was returning) and all expectations were exceeded.
The plot is extremely entertaining and well directed. The performances were amazing, John Hurt was fantastic, Matt Smith was great as always and David Tennant was beyond amazing.
The sheer scale of this is just so fantastic and the final 20 minutes is just every doctor who fan’s dream.
