Pete Talbot’s review published on Letterboxd:
It was interesting to go back and see this after 15 or so years. It's a very good movie and I do enjoy Francis Ford Coppola's direction, however I am not the biggest fan of mobster movies. The movie plays a little different for me as I have grown and someo of the motivations sit a little differently. The image that stuck with me the most on this viewing was the closing door at the end that reminded me of the opening door of The Seachers' final shot. The movie left me wondering when a prestige biopic of Marlon Brando would be coming. That guy had a weird, wild ride.
