I really enjoyed this. It's a kind of writing that feels easy only because it's someone doing a really hard thing very well. Taylor Sheridan has very quickly solidified himself as a creative mind whose work is now appointment viewing for me. It's very impressive what he has been able to have come out in just the last couple of years with this, Sicario and Hell or High Water. I look forward to the Avengers style confluence of stories from the three movies where the characters come to the same rural place and are forced to solve a crime or right an injustice. Hell, it would really mix things up if they all found themselves in the same urban environment and have to adapt their skills to the situation.
