Trouble Busters is the end of the line for silent cowboy Jack Hoxie. It's a wonder he made it as far as 1933 with his reading problems and lack of verbal acting skills. Not only was it his last film, but also William P. Burt, who plays the loudmouth store keeper. Plus it was the only film the leading lady Kaye Edwards ever did! So a real career killer for 3 of it's central characters this Majestic picture! And with good reason! The plot is so poor it becomes irrelevant, but at least the silly comedy give it a few laughs along with a few unintentional ones from the bad acting!
