    Thirteen Lives

the way this had me sweating. ketamine saves the day once again.

honestly this was so good. i’m a sucker for a true story and i always look forward to seeing the updates of the real people at the end of these. very well directed, tense, and not overly melodramatic. respectfully i will never watch it again because enclosed spaces are one of my biggest fears but i don’t regret watching it. the resilience of the children and the bravery of the recuse team is something to behold.

  • Jackass Forever

    Jackass Forever

the way the cast the jackass franchise influenced my taste in men needs to be studied by psychology experts.

i can’t help but always love everything these guys make. it’s trashy and i always have a good time watching it. i understand why bam wasn’t in this but i did miss his presence. also trigger warning for mgk jump scare.

  • Prey

another worthy entry in the “good for her” cinematic universe.

i had zero expectations and was pleasantly bloody and entertaining, while not being overly long. will satisfy fans of the franchise and newcomers a like.

  • Children of Men

    Children of Men

oh to be a flip flop betwixt clive owen’s toes

that’s probably the only thing i can say about this that hasn’t already been said. a masterpiece.

  • The Sea Beast

    The Sea Beast

animated movies are so much fun when they aren’t riddled with musical numbers.

what a treat this is. visually striking with immaculate creature design and fully realized world along with a clear, moving message. a fun and important watch for any age group.

  • Batman Begins

    Batman Begins

scarecrow is a top tier batman villain but a lot of you aren’t ready for that conversation

  • The Most Hated Man on the Internet

The Most Hated Man on the Internet

5 stars because kayla laws and her family are badass and i’ve been waiting to see hunter moore’s downfall for over a decade

  • The Coldest Game

    The Coldest Game

the only certainty in my life is that my boyfriend will always choose a mediocre war drama when it’s his turn to pick the movie.

i didn’t hate this. just not subject matter i'm interested in and it failed to change my mind.

  • No Time to Die

    No Time to Die

petition for casting rami malek in far more antagonist roles.

a satisfying ending to daniel craig’s run as a worthy bond. he is often outshone but his fellow cast mates in his films as 007 and this was no exception. i hope to see more of lashana lynch and ana de armas is always a pleasure to watch. the returning cast do a good job too. plenty of action and melodrama which is synonymous with the series as a whole.…

  • Knives Out

    Knives Out

    ultimate house goals.

such a fun movie to show people and watch them try to figure it out. a perfect screenplay and a talented ensemble cast. never had a single complaint about this one. immaculate pacing and endlessly entertaining.

  • All the Old Knives

    All the Old Knives

thandiwe newton you are so beautiful but this movie is the meaning of the world forgettable.

  • The Fundamentals of Caring

    The Fundamentals of Caring

netflix movies are not inherently awful they just need to fund movies with great casts and entertaining screenplays. i rest my case.

everyone in this is wonderful and it’s heart breaking and heartwarming. sad that it’s always been buried under countless heartless efforts from this company.
