Endlessly charming, a constant pleasure to look at, Williams and Hong Chau nail it. So confident in its simplicity, letting its conflicts simmer without feeling the need to indulge in grand conclusions or overwrought emotions – the understated ending being so touching felt like a magic trick.
Warning: not a terribly good double feature with The Zone of Interest
