Perfectly captures the youthful energy and weight of responsibilities of Spider-Man in his day to day life and as, well Spider-Man. The high school drama as done so well and even with 6 writers it doesn't feel as if a 40 year old is failing to depict being a teenager in 2017 and the comedic timing is very much on point with about 80% of the jokes landing. And the villain's actually pretty good too.
This is what Spider-Man needed after *those* movies, a refreshing take on the character while keeping the basis and point of the character intact, it's pretty good and I'm close to giving it those 4 and 1/2 stars.
