Weirdly enough I could see the storyline of this film being a pretty hilarious and outrageous South Park episode, without the amazing music and performances of course.
Also damn 2013 was a good year for my girl ScarJo
Happy almost-halloween my pals, I just watched and enjoyed a really fun movie about a family that really likes to spend time with each other.
This movie was beautifully shot (especially for the time) and was incredibly real-feelingl. The sound design and score of the film only added to this, creating one of the scariest movies I think I’ve ever seen. While the film has characters that feel character-less, it’s completely overshadowed by the real horror show this movie is.
Me and Christopher Nolan have a had a weird relationship- he doesn’t know I exist and I kind of know what he looks like and think his movies are overall decent. This movie continues that pattern- he still doesn’t know who I am. ‘Tis a shame, really. Maybe next film.
Regardless, I thought Tenet was really cool! The story it was *trying* to tell really is fantastic, and has a lot of cool moving parts. The concept is really interesting…
The Lord works in mysterious ways.
Had I not watched this film this morning, I would’ve seen it later. How would that have changed my trajectory? I suppose I’ll be watching something else tonight then, but I’m not sure what yet. Decisions, decisions. Or are there no such thing as decisions, and rather everything’s predetermined? Fate is, after all, truly fate. Maybe there’s a path I’m supposed to be on- and everything that supposed to happen does just that.
