When she drew those delicious mermaid anime boys in her notebook I got both first-hand and second-hand embarrassment. But also, mood.

If you think this movie is cringe, good. That’s the point of looking back on the 2000’s.
Doctor Strange 2016

Average origin story with an underutilized cast of characters but strong visual design. Definitely 4/5 enjoyment if I just turned off my brain but I really wish they did more. The world felt very small for an interplanetary crisis and the foreshadowing of the multiverse. The potential was staggering and left me wanting way more. But still enjoyable!

Have to see the Drooling Dinosaur sequel. Another incredible film by Scorsese.

Also, the word copyright was spelled “copyrght” so I guess this is public domain now? Can’t wait to see this movie replace Night of the Living Dead as the film to throw on the background of TV sets in movies.
