It’s a good movie!

It’s spooky season!

Not good! Didn’t say much and wasn’t as visually interesting as was advertised!

It took me 3 weeks to watch this the way Christopher Nolan intended

I want to be Ken when I grow up.

Wow, this movie frustrated me! I really feel like the new characters were pushed on me and the old characters were forgotten.

I need to see it again to process it fully. What an astounding ride. The NY 2099 Battle sequence left me speechless. This film gave me that rare out of body experience I get when I’m overwhelmed by craft.

Great movie but would’ve been so much better if it didn’t have so much MCU baggage to deal with!

I was nostalgia-baited but I really loved this movie. It captured the charm of the games. I loved the music. There was payoffs to emotional beats! Bowser sings!!

Loved it.

This movie haunts me. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since I watched it. 

I love the conceit. I love the actors. I love how timely it is. I love the twist. I keep thinking about what this movie is trying to say about society. 

But, this movie has no idea what to do with itself. The third act takes all of these great ideas and just tosses them all aside. 

I can’t remember the last time a movie disappointed me so greatly.
