Prey does take its time to get going, but that’s part of why it‘s so good. Naru (played by Amber Midthunder, who’s great in the film) is not only a well-written character, but also goes through well-developed and meaningful journey that always stays interesting and engaging. The action looks great and is as brutal as you would want it to be. The cinematography is good as well.
