This has been one of my favorite movies since I was 6 years old, and more years have passed with it at my number one spot than not. I do not think it could ever go stale for me.
The beauty of this movie -- its art, its characters, its brilliant Joe Hisaishi music (have to love the man), and its story -- has radiated within my mind throughout the majority of my life. Miyazaki created such an amazing, full microcosm with this movie.
I have trouble articulating my thoughts about this movie, as I hold nothing for it but unadulterated love. It is one of those movies where just thinking about it can affect my mindset for the day. I don't think I would be quite the same person had Spirited Away not been a part of my life.
