Shaun’s review published on Letterboxd:
Exactly what you should expect from an ex-military lads do one last job film directed by J.C. Chandor. Well executed, entertaining and thought provoking. Riffs on what masculinity means in all shapes, greed and what it can do to your conscience and has an underlaying of the pressures put on private military personal. There is no real focus on the "bad" guys and that's quite refreshing.
However, the one big criticism is the characters themselves all have a 1D quality to them (they all talk the same way) - that may be a military thing in general - you know the whole brotherhood thing. Despite that it's well enough acted and the direction is great.
