My first three features were three different takes on Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos.

A hero's journey gone bad. Cthulhu invading a romantic comedy. An exercise in dissolving genre conventions and narrative structure in the same way Cthulhu dissolves reality. A comment on how life will crush you, even if you do go on that journey to become a better person and fix your life. Things outside of your control (pandemics, catastrophes, ancient gods) will fuck up ypur plans and in the end you'll die, no matter what.
The most depressing romantic comedy ever filmed in the handmade backdrops of a children's theater.
Quite quirky, rough and everything a sensible person looks for in a philosophical no-budget horror comedy.

A pitch black comedy about a family in organized crime, right after the mother, Cordelia, has had the father killed to seize power in their empire of crime. Cordelia's daughter - A vengeful teenage assassin, out for her mother's head. Her son - A 15-year-old boy, discovering his sexuality, the perks of being a pimp's son and a mysterious door in the basement, leading to strange dimensions.
Considerably more weird in its sarcastic humor, "Cordelia's Kinder" is possibly the most ambitious one of the bunch.

Last but not least, a found-footage mockumentary about a punk band fighting evil forces in their small town. The millenial version of an 80's trope. Cthulhu standing in for small town corruption. Punk rock saving the day. Lots of pop cultural discussions and other fun stuff. This one is easily the best of the three.
Here they are - My humble beginnings in Hamburg's no-budget underground film scene of the 2010's.
