holy shit this movie.
what begins looking like an a24 road trip film takes a completely dark turn. the characters are quickly forced to transition from their freedom as they travel through wide open spaces to complete forced confinement as they are held prisoner. the immense claustrophobia from not only the small room from which they have no escape, but their hopeless situation is overwhelming. shit hits the fan pretty quick, but the intensity keeps you hooked until the credits…
