Batman v Superman is a fun rollercoaster ride with many ups and many downs but it's still worth a watch!
The first hour of the film is brilliant. A retrospective to Man of Steel through the eyes of Bruce Wayne and it couldn't have been better. A cat and mouse game is starting between Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. The approach was very well made and was reminding me a bit of Heat and the fight between Al Pacino and Robert De Niro (only the approach, you can't compare it nearly to Heat!).
Of course the movie had his downs like the moments of introducing the Justice League or Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor in almost every scene but Snyder is compensating these flaws with beautiful images and a very good score by Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL.
And the biggest highlight of the movie: Ben Affleck as Batman. Affleck played the role of Bruce Wayne very convincing and im really rooting for a standalone batman film with "Batfleck".
Unfortunately Dawn of Justice is losing hisself in the final battle with a gigantic ultimate CGI battle and the pacing of the ending wasn't good.
But Batman v Superman was still a lot of fun and im really hoping that Zack Snyder will go on with directing the DC movies. His flaws aren't that big as some critics say they are.
