Mostly good if ultimately a minor work from Abel himself. Terrence Malik like camera and Abel doing natural dialogue and realism better then most directors. Kinda a comfy watch, don’t get the surrealistic aspects as hard and I think it meanders sometimes.
The rich are vain and only care about status among themselves. The real ending would have been the main character killing both of her kids, as they suck and need to be gulaged. Also the main guy is a eastwood idol porbably
Betting that everything good has been said about this masterfully written paced film, so I must say that there’s a guy who gave this half a star and called it boring, and in his favourite films he put Scott pilgrim. That’s all
