If this doesn't both make your heart sob just a little and make you laugh uncontrollably, I don't want to waste my time trying to be friends with you, as you are lame in my eyes.
Martin McDonagh's debut feature is a well-written, well-shot and well-directed black comedy crime film. The casting of and chemistry between Farrell and Gleeson is lovely, and Fiennes as a short-tempered and foul-mouthed crime boss is still as entertaining as him chanting "AVADA KADAVRA" to kill bitches.
Funny how he has no problems killing kids in Harry Potter but he goes as far as offing himself for accidentally murdering one.
