Maximilian Pegasus’s review published on Letterboxd:
The emotional hit and complete destruction of a train.
Take Me Out is ambitious and filled with a deep connection to its director/writer, Fritz.
The lead performance is charged with a deep emotional power that is on another level, compared to other student actors.
This really can't be called a student film, but an experience of someone else's mind, thoughts and feelings culminated into one 30min time frame.
Take Me Out displays many talents from its writing, to the acting, directing, cinematography and colour grading.
I applaud Fritz and the crew that worked on this film. Films that are personal like this are emotionally draining and challenging, and I commend you for clearly giving your all.
I can't wait for what you bring to the table next, man.
