Peter Rogers’s review published on Letterboxd:
This film is a real visual treat that is bolstered by the indie-geek sensibility and the Edgar Wright ADHD filming and editing.
It's quite interesting how many actors have come out of this film to continue on with successful careers (Johnny Simmons, Brie Larson, Alison Pill etc). Also, this is a perfect vehicle for Michael Cera, who is hilarious as the awkwardly hip Scott Pilgrim.
The fights are great, the humour still works and the story hops along with such a gleeful joy! I love this film...
Prepare to die... obviously.
