With action scenes as thrilling and well-crafted as this, and visuals this stunning... it deserved a theatrical release! A great film from beginning to end and when I say it looks great, the natural locations look amazing and I was happy with the amount of practical effects they used.

Oh, and Amber Midthunder... what a star!

I wasn't expecting much but this was so generic, your by-the-numbers animated film made for kids and nothing else. There are some funny moments, everything Batman said was golden, but it did feel like a waste of my time.

    Where the Crawdads Sing

I liked the intregue of this film, the set up of Kya as a character and the situation with her and the town as well as this mysterious death - but Where the Crawdads Sing doesn't offer much else.

I liked a lot of it at first, especially the stuff that showed Kya growing up and her family life which I think was the strongest aspect. The romance was sweet and I liked the setting as well. I just think…

I really liked a lot of this but it seemed like it didn't know how to fill the runtime. I was bored for quite a lot of the latter half and the third act just didn't interest me. I loved some of the concepts, the chases were great and they wrote the leads well to begin with.

This would have gotten a high rating at first, but it really dropped off which is sad and now I'm giving it a generous 3 stars.

I don't know what it is but I still find enjoyment in unfunny comedies. This film didn't make me laugh once, but I began to really like the characters, and some scenes were standouts. It wasn't anything special, but it was a good time, and John Cena is properly cementing himself as a good comedic actor.

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

    ★★★★

Taking a completely different approach to the previous films, No Way Home takes Tom Holland's Spider-Man into uncharted territory and succeeds in a huge way.

Just to start off the review, I'd like to let you know that I'm staying spoiler-free so it doesn't go into me just rambling and sticks to the point.

Kicking off with break-neck pacing, this film takes a leaf out of Infinity War's boom with it having you in the palm of its hand right…
